These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services offered by 369ph at the domain 369ph.best and any associated mobile or web applications. By accessing or using any part of the 369ph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 369ph platform immediately. Continued use of 369ph after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

369ph operates under a valid Philippine gaming licence and is subject to applicable Philippine law. All members are required to comply with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines as they relate to online gaming and betting.

2.1 Eligibility

To open a 369ph account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

4.4 Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal

Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, 369ph may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. Members who wish to voluntarily close their 369ph account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the verified payment method on record within five business days, subject to identity verification.

369ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. 369ph is not liable for losses arising from:
